You can fund your account through wire transfer, credit card, or PayNow.
We recommend choosing the method that doesn’t incur any fees, such as PayNow.
To access the funding information, simply log into your broker’s client portal. In accordance with our arrangement with the preferred brokers, you can request them to cover your funding charges by providing proof of the fees incurred.
Can I claim for the funding costs incurred? #
Yes, the broker will do a goodwill reimbursement on wire transfer charges or credit card charges (but not credit card overdraft charges). You can show the proof to your charges and claim them from our preferred brokers.
Note that the brokers do not charge anything during the funding process. The bank or intermediary bank are the ones who charges these fees.
